Shipping out Coffins daily

I wanted to thank you all again for your patience. Shipping has begun, and since this is still a one person job the shipments are still under way but looks like they will be done soon.
The good news is a large majority of orders are already on trucks headed to new ̶d̶u̶n̶g̶e̶o̶n̶s̶ homes! Size 1 and 2 orders have been sent out and minis are on the way out as I type this. The other orders that come next are the doubles, hats, shirts, and more complicated ones. We decided to mail them out in batches so that people could get their hands on them as soon as possible!
It is so exciting to see the product being shipped out, and can't believe we've made it this far. We couldn't have done this without you all!

Apologies again my fellow vampires! we have been extra busy getting the shipping taking care of. We are a small team and it takes a bit of time, but the Shipping has started! The orders will be going out starting this week and we will continue to ship as they are packaged and labeled.
Shipping is expensive and time consuming so thank you so very much for your patience. Your sanguine goblets will be nestled in your pale fingers soon enough.

THE CUPS HAVE ARRIVED

THEY LIVE!
All those boxes have arrived and graced us with their presence. We now start the process of packaging the other merchandise and shipping them out to you! This weekend you will receive notice to update shipping information and lock in your info so that we can send you these little goodies! If you've added anything through BackerKit you should see charges from those as well. The final steps are coming together and we are oh so thankful for your help in making this journey possible!
We fully intend to keep everyone updated as the shipping process gets under way and even after fulfillment share the details and news with how we plan on moving forward afterwards!

Manufacturing Update and Shipping soon!

Hello all you incredibly patient ghouls and vampires!
We apologize for both the lack of updates and delay in our original timeline but things are finally looking up!
As of this morning, the cups are nestled in their cozy coffins and being shipped to our office. Alongside that, we have received the rest of the merch, including extras for later. So, with that being said, we will begin shipping ASAP and hopefully by Halloween you will start receiving your rewards!
We spent the past couple of months fighting to get the manufacturing done. From raised prices, to delays, shipping concerns, and more. We've dealt with our fair share of issues along the way but we are glad to finally be moving forward.
We are delighted and grateful that so many of you have been patient with us. Please check your BackerKit account to update shipping information, and if you'd like to add any last minute items please feel free to do so. A notification will go out when we receive the cups stating that we will be locking addresses and shipping will begin!

Production issues

Hello All!
I've been delaying giving an update because I wanted a clear delivery date. We've had some major issues with our box manufacture. Everything from the price of materials going up by 35%-40% to delayed responses. We are in the final process as we speak and should start production on the boxes very soon pushing the delivery date to late September/early October. We understand how extremely frustrating this is with the tampon shortage and the delivery date being pushed back once again. Everything has been paid for and we are simply just waiting on production which is out of our hands. As soon as we get an exact date of the cups being in our office we will let you know ASAP.
